All products sold by Sinister Products, LLC. are new, brand name merchandise.

Sinister Products, LLC. will honor a full one year limited warranty on all brand new SinisterSound items. All warranty claims must be made through Sinister Products, LLC. customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact Sinister Products, LLC. at 812-363-2071. All new products unless otherwise noted carry a one year limited warranty from Sinister Products, LLC.

Sinister Products, LLC. will honor warranties on third party brands sold directly to the customer by Sinister Products, LLC.

Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Sinister Products, LLC. is responsible for shipping charges within the continental United States on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping from Alaska, Hawaii or locations outside of the United States of America.

Sinister Products, LLC. warranty is voided if serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to user abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
