The Sinister Sound Lifetime Protection Promise

When you invest in Sinister Sound products, you're investing in performance designed to last.  That's why every Sinister Sound brand qualifying product is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty to the Original Owner:

100% Parts & Installation Labor Coverage for the first 2 years from the date of purchase if the installation was performed by a Sinister Sound Technician at our shop in West Harrison Indiana or by a Sinister Sound Technician at an event.

100% Parts Coverage for the first 2 years from the date of purchase if installed by the customer or one of Sinister Sound’s authorized dealers.

After the first 2 years, you will never pay more than 25% of current retail price for covered replacement parts.  We believe premium products should come with premium support. Our warranty ensures that even years down the road, you’ll always have an affordable path to repair or replacement.

Third Party Brand Warranty

Sinister Products, LLC. will honor warranties on third party brands sold directly to the customer by Sinister Products, LLC.

Depending on the manufacturer and the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Sinister Products, LLC. is responsible for shipping charges within the continental United States on defective merchandise to our company or the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for shipping from Alaska, Hawaii or locations outside of the United States of America.
