Return/Refund Policy

• Returns
  We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Call our tech line at 1-812-363-2071 to make arrangements to return items.
• Refunds (if applicable)
  Call our tech line at 1-812-363-2071 to make arrangements for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected and the condition is as described above, we will process your refund. We will notify you of your refund by email or phone.
  If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days of receiving your return.
• Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Exchanges (if applicable)

• Shipping
  To return your product, you should mail your product to: 221 South State Street, West Harrison, Indiana 47060.
  Sinister Products, LLC. will be responsible for shipping costs within the continental United States of America for unused returned or warrantied items. You are responsible for shipping costs to and/or from Hawaii, Alaska or any country outside of the United States of America. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
